The Dagius portal provides tourist information, search and booking services for accommodation in Puglia, Italy, in compliance with applicable consumer and digital services regulations.

Dagius reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activities.
Bookings are managed through the Little Hotelier platform by SiteMinder. The booking contract is formed between you and the accommodation provider, not with Dagius.
Dagius acts as an information intermediary only. Property availability is subject to real-time changes. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.
Prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and tourist tax unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by third-party booking platforms. Dagius does not handle payment card data directly.
For refund requests, contact the property directly or write to info@dagius.com.
All content on the Dagius portal – texts, images, logos, graphics, source code, design and trademarks – is the exclusive property of DS.GM. Corporation S.r.l. or its licensors, protected by applicable copyright law.
Reproduction, copying, distribution or reverse engineering of site content is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
