The Dagius portal provides tourist information, search and booking services for accommodation in Puglia, Italy, in compliance with applicable consumer and digital services regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
• Are at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in your country)
• Fully accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Registration and User Account

Access to certain features requires account creation via Google OAuth 2.0. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Not transfer your account to third parties

Dagius reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent activities.

4. Bookings

Bookings are managed through the Little Hotelier platform by SiteMinder. The booking contract is formed between you and the accommodation provider, not with Dagius.

Dagius acts as an information intermediary only. Property availability is subject to real-time changes. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and tourist tax unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by third-party booking platforms. Dagius does not handle payment card data directly.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free cancellation: up to 7 days before check-in (subject to each property's specific conditions)
• Late cancellation: within 7 days may result in the full amount being charged
• No-show: may result in the full booking amount being charged

7. User Obligations

• Do not use the site for illegal or unauthorised purposes
• Do not attempt to access unauthorised systems or data
• Do not make false, defamatory or rights-infringing content submissions
• Do not make speculative or false bookings
• Respect the internal rules of booked properties
• Do not use bots or automated tools to access the site

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dagius portal – texts, images, logos, graphics, source code, design and trademarks – is the exclusive property of DS.GM. Corporation S.r.l. or its licensors, protected by applicable copyright law.

Reproduction, copying, distribution or reverse engineering of site content is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dagius is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
• Discrepancies between property descriptions and actual conditions (the responsibility of property managers)
• Damage resulting from misuse of the service
• Indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit
• Content of third-party websites accessible via links on the portal

10. Changes to Terms

Dagius reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from publication on the site. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, European consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bari, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence.
