The Dagius portal offers tourist information, search, and booking services for accommodation facilities in Puglia. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms, drafted in accordance with the 2026 European regulations on consumer protection and digital services (Digital Services Act).
Access to some features requires creating an account. By using the Google Login service, the user guarantees the accuracy of the authentication data. Dagius reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate the terms or are involved in suspicious activities.
Dagius is committed to ensuring maximum accuracy of information, however, it cannot be held responsible for any minor discrepancies or temporary unavailability of services caused by third parties or extraordinary maintenance.
All content (text, images, logos) on the site is the exclusive property of Dagius or its respective licensors. Reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
In accordance with the EU Regulation on online dispute resolution, European consumers can use the ODR platform to resolve any disputes. If an amicable agreement is not reached, the competent court will be that of Brindisi, Italy.
